Ann’s Studio in Oshawa
650 King St. E. #222 2nd floor
905-743-0747
Located on the east side of the city, in a plaza between King and Bond. If you are approaching on King Street, it’s the plaza connected to the Beer Store. If you’re on Bond just after Hwy 2 splits, than look for Renaissance Catering. The easiest access is at the north end, taking the stairs to the second floor. 222 is the first door.
There is plenty of free parking, and ATM’s are located nearby in the Jug Milk and the Bank of Montreal.
Rates are $40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes and $75 for a hour. Extras were standard. I had a NR and paid $60 for 45, plus $80 for tip.
The spa itself is brand new. Originally I thought they had occupied the space previously used by Dani’s (216), however, they are actually several doors further down the hall. There are three rooms, with a communal shower. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Each room has a massage table (quite comfortable), chair, clock, and bookcase containing massage materials and towels.
The shower is obviously one of those jury-rig affairs. It hasn’t been properly sealed up, and I’m sure that the smell is mildew. Shower works OK though and there was lots of hot water.
I saw a young Asian girl named Jane. She looked to be about 25 with a trim body. Nice B-cup breasts and short black hair. As Ralph Furly mentioned in his post, she was very friendly.
The massage was good, and the finish was acceptable. My one complaint was that when I request and pay for a NR, I want the attendant to be nude during my massage. Normally I would give the attendant a massage first, then we switch. In this way I can show her what kind of massage I would like. Jane insisted that she massage me first, then we switched and I gave her a massage, then we switched again for the finish. She’d didn’t disrobe until we got to her massage. Maybe she was nervous, I don’t know.
All in all it was a good experience and I would repeat. Next time I’ll probably insist on giving her the massage first, then we switch.
Ratings:
Looks of spa: 8
Bathroom: 6, need to do something about the smell of mildew
Looks of attendant: 8.5
Massage: 7
Extras: 6 (next time she needs to disrobe at the start)
