Manga is the comic book version and is usually done before the big anime studios pick them up to make a series or OAV out of it. Hentai is like anime with the difference that its based on graphic sexual content. Hentai is most extreme of the animem genre where you can get soft type anime call fan-service showing mostly exaggerated breasts and cute panties.
