I just don't understand how anyone can be cruel to animals, or people for that matter.

Makes you wonder who the animals really are doesn't it? There isn't too much that gets my blood boiling more than to see a defenseless animal suffer abuse. Which is why I regularly donate to the SPCA. Happy for this dog that he was rescued but sadly too many will not be as lucky.
Too bad some of these people that treat animals that way should be treated the same way or worse.
A common sentiment but worthy of introspection. What would that make the person(s) wishing for or administering the cruelty upon the animal abuser? Are they not also sadistic in wishing for or administering cruelty on a noter living, feeling being?
Poor thing........then you get these crazy pitbulls, that killed a 9 year old boy sunday.

Many articles have been written that there is a common connection between serial killers and kids who grew up abusing animals. Very sad indeed.
True....there is also a connection in homes that abuse animals, the spouses / children etc are also abused.....

I went out and found a one year old pit bull. What a loving dog, I was amazed after only one week.
Here's the truth on this breed, if you can bare to watch. Its really upsetting but true.
Yep, got to know an adult pit bull very well for a few years, such a gentle caring, smart dog.
Without any training, would crawl to small children, so as to not scare them.
The poor dog in this thread was being trained to be a killer, its NOT the dogs breed, its the owners breed.
