...How about this? Influence inner city car stripping gangs to focus on stripping vehicles by weight. The cat converters in some of these beasts alone are worth some risk. Some insurance companies have that as part of the process when they total a vehicle, recycle those platinum (or palladium or whatever) beads ASAP...
