Anyone else having difficulty in trying to contact her? I've tried twice now, including booking an appt. on her website, but each time have not received a confirmation text right up until the appointment time. I don't think she is doing this on purpose by the way,. She did get back to me after my first attempt saying she had received my texts days later. It seems to be a technical issue Somehow my texts seem to not get through or get through days later. I an using my real phone number also. Just wondering if anyone else has had this technical issue?

This should be posted in the 411 section instead of reviews. But yes, a few weeks ago I made a booking on the website and texted 2 hours before the appointment but didn't get a confirmation text. Tried again an hour before and then 30 mins before the booked time but nothing. I'm skeptical it's a technical issue.

So usually it's one of two things - a technical issue(I have very bad internet unfortunately, and use the TextNow app for texting, both shoddy quality which means I sometimes end up getting a slew of texts hours after I should have got them all at once), or something came up in my personal life, I was unable to change my availability on my website, and by the time I could get back to contacting those who booked, it was a few hours past.

I try to never reach out to any clients two hours past when they last contacted me, since I don't know whether someone is married or if their phone is private or not.

I will admit, I've not been great with communication and bookings these days, but I am actively trying to improve on that, my apologies for the issues!

If you've had issues trying to book more than twice, you can take 10 off the rate for any future session(I'll be able to see in our text history when you've reached out to verify), to make up for my ghosting.
