Don't know why people would want to watch this. Mars is nothing but red rock.
I can't get a boner over this either. I thought the same thing where the landing happened to be on TV where I was at the time. When the people at NASA control jumped up and down and cheered when the thing landed I was thinking how will this benefit the average earthling?
The station went to commercial then came back to coverage of people in Texas freezing with no power.
