Their frustration is usually self-inflicted. You can clearly see in my first message I asked for: rates, services, and restrictions. I got one rate. No clear services. Two restrictions. And a location I didn't ask for.
I then tried to clarify what she offers because she wasn't clear about her services and then flew off the handle. Due to her lack of clarity about what she does and doesn't offer she is frustrated because she probably gets these clarification questions all the time. Therefore, it's self-inflicted and only has herself to blame for her frustration.
This is a common problem now and has been ever since BP got shut down. Back on BP, ladies very clearly had ALL of the information posted in their ad details as well as any reviews if they had them. It was quick and easy to book. But ever since, this has been what we have to deal with
