I also had a disappointing scheduling experience and follow-up with P.S. Especially disappointing to type this because my first two times there were wonderful.
This week I had a late evening booking scheduled with one of the fine ladies at P.S. I arrived my usual 5 minutes early. No buzzer answers, and no phone answer, and the answering machine full. I waited a full 20 minutes buzzing and phoning trying regularly before giving up and leaving.
I received a PM of appology waiting for me sent probably about 10 minutes after I left, saying sorry and then explaining what happened, and that she could see I had tried 10 times. I answered as soon as got in my door to my computer. PS offered to make it up to me in the next couple days. I was very wound up but figured I wouldn’t find anyone else at that hour of the night on short notice. I said next morning was my only chance in awhile, and she asked what time in the morning she could make it up to me? This was reasonable and sounded promising so I said ok and suggested a time. Sounds great. Simple right? But I got no response to my time. So after about 20 minutes of trying to hold my eyes open at this late hour I eventually asked for confirmation again because I want to plan my morning too, and still got no response. So I figured well maybe she’s fallen asleep again. But I checked the terb profile for activity and saw that they were still online and active long after my message. But it s busy place I'm sure and lots of PMs I'm sure, eventually crashed figuring I’ll surely get a response, yes or no, or an alternate suggestion in the morning.
But STILL no response in morning, although I can see account activity untill 3am in the morning. On the off chance that I misunderstood and she figured it was already confirmed, I was ready. Wishful thinking. I did try to phone about 15 minutes early, no answer but I could leave a voice mail now, about my PM’s and about the suggested make-up time and saying she could phone me back all morning long. Still nothing. Later that morning I wrote another PM, polite but clearly outlining my frustration and asking what happened, or why? and no reply.
And now two days later have received nothing by way of reply.
So first I was stoodup then lead on as though I was going to be taken care of, which just prevented me from arranging with someone else. Then ignored. Double-whammy. so TWO missed opportunities to arrange with someone else. This also cost me a lot of my time. For the first appointment I left a party early, stayed 100% sober to be able to drive and to be at my best for the lady in question, and also detoured home to clean up as perfectly as I can get, not to mention all the driving time, and waiting time. And then waiting time trying to get confirmation of the make-up appointment. And time the next morning. All for nothing.
I understand mistakes do happen occasionally everywhere. But they are usually fixed. My time is valuable too. I don’t think I’ve done anything to deserve this treatment. I’ve been respectful of the ladies and told I was definitely welcome anytime and thanked for how I treated the girls.
My previous experiences at P.S. were great with two different and wonderful ladies, beautiful, talented at what they do, and nice people too. But scheduling and client communication is a very important part of dealing with any business to me. Anticipation can be exciting lol
