Welcome to TERB, you'll get a lot more traction and feed back by giving her phone number or a link to her ad, folks around here have great info but don't like to search much. Also the name is somewhat common, so you should be specific. If it's who I think you are talking about she comes from outwest and had to adjust her pricing as she was pricing well beyond the market standard here. Her pricing may have changed but I've yet to see any reviews one way or another.
