1. website booking doesnt work? cant pick a time?
2. website emails for carmen doesnt work (script is wrong)
3. when I emailed, all the 'special' days are booked up??
my questions werent answered nor were any other options provided
very unprofessional
'special' advertising = 'bait and switch prices & dates'

This agency has alot to learn, with a so-so record.

the response from this agency was
"if you are not happy - use another agency"

Fishy... I check posts by canadian-beauty..a lot of the posts seem to be in defense of poor customer relations.

Wow123's been banned for a few days to cool off. He seemed to have lost it today with his multiple post bashing of this agency. I mean once is enough, no need to go post a "stay away" warning everywhere on the board where the agency has an active thread. Sometimes less is more.

Hmmm. Wow123 may have been over the top, BUT. It seems he wasn't wrong...

I will give his nose credit! My appointment has come and gone with no promised third message. As it approached time to go I just cancelled and they didn't even acknowledge that. Very interesting...
