I read that earlier this year. Disturbing. I suspect these guys would have grown out of their need for external validation. Getting angry about women not wanting to fuck you seems pointless when you're essentially born with what you got looks wise. Why not work on things that will make you like yourself? That way you won't care if others like you.

Totally agree RZG: Minassian was upset that the women he harassed in bars didn't respond to him. Some of young guys I see nowadays: sullen and surly looking, walking around hunched over, oblivious to everything, checking their phone every two minutes like overgrown two-year olds - - every woman's dream.

Sex workers won’t solve the incel problem for a few reasons. People often fundamentally misunderstand the incel phenomenon. These aren’t just horny guys who can’t get laid, these are guys who firmly believe that they are absolutely entitled to sex and they are being cheated by being denied it. Furthermore, they believe that even if they look like a weasel fucked a sack of rotting potatoes, that they are entitled to a young, beautiful, virginal girl who will be 100% obedient to them.
These guys know sex workers exists, but they feel like they shouldn’t have to see sex workers. They also tend to come from the alt-right circle, and thus tend to be religious (or at least fake it to fit in). They also generally lack knowledge about sex and female anatomy, so they believe that having sex with more than one or two guys will ruin a girl’s vagina (they call girls like this “roasties”, as in their vaginas are loose and droopy like roast beef), so that, combined with their religious nonsense means they will accept nothing less than a virgin. This is the big problem. It’s not that most incels couldn’t get sex. Eliott Rodger wasn’t a bad looking kid. It’s that they’re narcissists and have impossible standards. This is why they won’t see sex workers. They see sex workers as dirty and beneath them. It’s often (incorrectly) reported that incels want the government to supply them with sex workers. The incels actually believe that the government should supply them with virgin wives. They’re basically bratty little kids who never grew out of their sense of entitlement and just see women as toys for them to play with.

Lots of valid and good points, it`s easily overlooked that guys like this murderous asshole are seriously fuckerood. Incredible in the interview how calm and calculating he seemed, and tried to turn everything into being about him. Did anyone else catch the portrait photo of him where he has a serious resemblance to (ex)- Col. Russ Williams and how Williams came across the same way when interviewed... F`n creepy.
@insidious von. I totally agree you have to take shots at the net and see what scores with women as with many things in life. The issue with modern women that I think feeds the incel fire is that women, at least in this city, expect the world but don't bring much to the table. I have a female friend she did an arts degree works in the not for profit sector but lives in willowdale in a much nicer place than I do because her man has an MBA and has a great job with a huge multinational.
Other women see her experience and they expect the best. Hell, even the fat ugly ones don't want to give average guys a chance.
I'm not gay but this kid that did the van attack he's not a bad looking guy he could have found a nice girl on his level if today's women didn't have warped senses of entitlement.
Let's say you're a man who's a 6/10. Even if you go for women that are on your level physically or below you will still strike out a lot. Finding someone to be with all depends on who wants to give you a chance. You could kill yourself trying and unless someone gives you a chance it's all for naught.
The other side of the issue is services for mental health. Ohip doesn't cover many therapists and they can charge 100 to 500 a session. Who has that much money especially a young guy like this guy just out of school. I hate to say it but I think this incel movement will only grow and get worse. The police prob knows this but doesn't want to create a panic. Modern society in a city like Toronto breeds these movements because people are cold and not friendly or open because everyone is so stressed about getting their own piece of cheese.
I think the hobby should be decriminalized like in Spain or New Zealand. This would help incels get some release but also access to mental health services needs to improve. That would be the better option. If someone had shown kindness to this kid maybe he would not have done this masacre.

First of all I believe there is a difference between regular horny guys and self proclaimed incels.

We do deal with incels on a regular basis though. Many men troll escort adds to literally just belittle them. They want to cause emotional pain on us so they can get that rush of putting us down to make themselves feel better.
Ask any sex worker how many texts they get that are like:
Him: Hi
Her: Hello
Him: You’re a fucking whore, why don't you get a real job. No one wants to pay for your rotten pussy. Etc etc etc.
They will go on and on until you block them and then they will either just move on to the next girl or get a different number from their text app and start all over again.
It is one of the reasons that women don't want to be contacted on text apps.
