I'm not sure what that wikipedia link proves. Bandit is right, The Guess Who are bleh. Alanis's talent was depleted by the first album (which is Ballard's work as much as her's).

ding ding ding!!! exactly my sentiments, one hit album where she went from dance pop star to Janice Joplin wannabee. The hilarious part was a few years back when she was doing a tour and her sets consisted of acoustic versions of that horrible album, talk about going back to the trough a few too many times.
