AIDS Confernce-My Concern

I have a concern regarding the AIDS conference.

We have 24,000 people- many of them HIV +ve-in our city. Human nature being what it is-I am sure they are out there bonking the lovely Toronto SP's. I sincerely hope this does not lead to an increase in HIV infection within our city SP's.

Please don't take me to be prejudiced/racist/discriminatory. I am just afraid this is going to be the impact!
