Wanted to know if there is a way to have android show you little squiggly lines when typing like the iPhones do. Now I am using Note 4 was on Nexus 5 before and could never figure it out. I even switched keyboards to google keyboard, which I find better then Samsung's becuase of the suggestions. Also I notice it likes to learn my mistakes and then the suggestions just become a mess on Samsung one. Getting really frustrated cause all I do is type on phones and stuff and always notice a bunch of mistakes once a message is posted or email is sent.

What is a good keyboard you guys use on android?

I found iphones system worked way better unless I am missing something on android. Although, I still prefer the android phones overall.

I don't think it's the keyboard that does the spell checking. I have a Nexus 5 using the built-in Google keyboard, and I just tried spell checking in both Gmail and Messaging and the errors were underlined.
Try going to Settings > Language & Input and check Spell Checking. It might be different on a Samsung phone.

I found Samsung keyboard frustrating to use. They suggest that it has improved but I tried and love the Swype keyboard. I believe it has it's own spell check because it adapts to your use of words over time. It uses Dragon voice recognition which is very good. The spell check is very good as long as I am concentrating on the text. If I don't check closely, the phone is able to recognize that and slips in very retarded spelling errors.

I use SwiftKey. Excellent "on the fly" correction and it's even able to differentiate between French and English. It shows 3 possible words on what it think you're typing. The one displayed in the middle is the one that will be used if you use the space bar. While typing a word, you can pick one of the 3 suggestions. There are time I can write a line of text without even having to type a single full word, it guess right on all the words in the sentence.
