About a month ago I visited Jordyn at Acqua and posted a review on this board. In summary, I was very impressed with Jordyn's looks and services but a bit of disappointed with the location.
Shortly after my post, I received and email from Acqua management as well as from Jordyn apologizing for less then perfect experience and explained that the location was recovering from a recent fire accident so it was still under construction. They also mentioned that they were working hard on improving the look of the location.
I have to admit that I was very pleased with them contacting me and apologizing for the situation, which tells me that they truly care about their customers.
So, this morning I had a chance to return to Acqua and visit Jordyn and I can say that the whole experience exceeded my expectations! Jordyn was fab as always
but what came as a nice surprise is the progress Acqua made in making the place better looking. All the things that I (and probably some others) complained before were fixed and the place now looks really nice.
Jordyn's room is nicely decorated and feels very warm and inviting. The room is located just across the bathroom with a shower which is very convenient if you want to use it before or after the session. The room is located at the end of a small hallway which is separated by a door from the main reception area.
My understanding is that other rooms are not renovated yet, but they are working on it.
In summary, I am very impressed with the way Acqua handled the whole situation. They were quick to contact me and show interest in making the whole experience better. In addition, they really worked hard to deliver what they promised in order to satisfy their customers.
