Its called Google Earth. Its been around for a while now so some may already know of it. What is it? Google sent cars with camera's on the roof pointing in all directions along streets all over Canada and other countries(though I've only looked at Ontario locals) and combined thoughs pictures with saterlite imagery for a very comprehensive picture map.
What use is it to this biz? You get an address from a customer/sp and type it in the program and it zooms in to that address and allows you to look at the street and the very house your going too. This allows you to check ahead for directions, parking and whether the area is one you wish to travel too.
I've used it a couple of times for incalls so I know what the house I'm going to looks like and decide where I'm going to park.
