A stupid C36 Question

I apologize if this post/question violates any rules. Please remove it if it does.

Since the passing of the law, it seems like there's a lot more talk of MPAs that are offering mileage.. Is this the case?? Is there some weird new loophole in the law that allows mileage at MPs? If not, is this a result of the C36 laws forcing sex workers to find other ways to make money?

Or is this just a coincidence?

Perhaps business is down because of C-36 so they are doing what they can to increase it.

Not a stupid question.

C36 largely eliminated criminal risks for the providers, so MPAs may be comfortable discussing mileage. There are those who believe that MP/MPAs fall into a grey zone (being municipally licensed businesses) that is somehow less likely to be or immune from prosecution.

I understand that business is booming for MPs, whether they are licensed body rubs or holistics.

C-36 says that commercial enterprises offering sexual services are illegal.
Individuals can offer services, but may not be allowed to as a representative of a commercial enterprise. in either case as you cannot purchase anything offered (legally) don't consider it open season

I've never even dreamed of asking for extras from an MPA, but some of the reviews I'm looking at seem to insinuate it's almost the norm. It'd be a lot more convenient than an SP, I can tell you that much..

If I had an MPA nearby that offered BBBJs, I'd probably drop a grand a month on it easily..

Some of us just don't discuss such things, but it doesn't mean it's new.

I agree with what TP said, although I didn't know that business was booming for MPs.

MPs are not licensed to offer or sell sexual services. The owners are not promoting it. However, as TeasePlease says, it might put more risk on owners in a post C-36 environment.

So you would say you figure that the "perception" is that MPs are now safer than SPs(from LE), when in fact they are likely not as safe..

Perhaps there's a bunch of blabbermouth guys that C-36 scared away from the incalls who imagine MPs are safer and who haven't yet figured out how much that depends on their customers' being intelligent and discreet.
