I'm having an argument with my client in regards to form over function with a website I'm developing for him. It's a database driven site and we're not sure if we should have lots of stuff on-screen, (to put it in easy terms, like the Eros Guide) or do we go with a more straightforward look, (e.g. TRZ)? Or if people are more inclined to go for the no-frills approach like a basic classified listing? I would appreciate your comments on this subject. Thanks in advance.

I don't care how it looks. It should be possible to search, scan, or browse it for things like 'incall' vs 'outcall', 'location', age, background. Most people are looking for something pretty specific and it sucks to have to click on 50 ads just to find the 5 that fit what you are looking for.

If I can do a search that returns just asian incalls in downtown toronto that are open late, that would rock. Other people would search differently, you get the idea though.
