a question about hotels for outcalls in Montreal

Hi Guys

After spending a few days in Toronto two weeks ago and having the pleasure of meeting Vanessa Valentine (finally, we've been trying to arrange an appointment for a year and half: she is AMAZING although she's not GFE), I've decided that I'm going to Montreal for a day to hook up with a GFE there. I know that I-N comes here from time to time but my patience is just running out for quality GFE here in Ottawa and Toronto is just too far for a day trip.

So, my question is (to those who know as I've never done this before): what hotel do you recommend for a someone who will just drive over for the afternoon, a hotel that just has "partial day" rates if there is such a thing? I would like to go to a hotel on the west side (to cut down driving time and avoid traffic in the downtown core), but I don't want to go to a dump.

Any suggestions you guys have would be much appreciated.

Went there for a room with the wife, about 1 year ago. It was past midnight. Was told "no room available till 02:00am..." Lots of traffic, security guard in parking lot, 3 black guys with one white chick waiting for a room in lobby, bullet proof windows between customers and clerk... The place does look good anyhow! :D

There's LIDO almost right in front, same type from what I'm told...

For a day encounter I've stayed at the Dorval Hilton next to the airport and they have a day rate, I think around $125. I ask for the second floor airport view so then you have lots of privacy if the curtains are open. Nice rooms and easy and direct to get back to Ottawa, via the St Anne de Bellevue exit. They do charge extra for parking.

I've also stayed at the Garden Hilton a little farther east and parking is free. I believe they also have a day rate. Both in my view are much better than staying downtown and avoiding heaver traffic. Hope that helps.
