A question about contating SP's

Hey everyone, I was just curious what people opinions were on contacting SP's. More to the point, what’s your preferred way of contact? For me, email has always been the first method, texting or calling later if it's requested. One of my pet peeves is when SP's advertise email contact info, then never respond. For me, that's one thing that puts them on my "do not call list" for the specific reason of mutual respect. To me, if their ad reads, “no emails” then I respect that. I would also like to believe that my emails are quite polite and respectful. If they’ve asked me to call them, I do, and have always been polite and upfront with them. I guess I’m just getting tired of sending out emails and never hearing a response back. I do realize that other matters or circumstances can arise and take precedence preventing the SP’s from responding, and whenever I do receive a response, I always respond back.

I guess I’m curious how others handle similar situations. Any feedback is welcome; PM’s or posts, from both SP’s and others in the hobby.

SP's normally state on their site or advert how to contact them, that has always been the best way to make initial contact from my experience & most will respond within 24hrs, then i follow my instinct after that

I guess it's just a pet peeve of mine. Be it a TRZ, BP, TERB, etc... ad, if they have an email address listed, I use it. Then, if I never hear back, I might try once again, and if I get the same "no response", I don't bother trying to contact them again. If they don't have an email address, only a phone number or asking for a text message, I will try contacting them via whatever methods they've listed, it's just when they don't bother to respond, that's what annoys me. I appriciate the feed back from everyone so far, perhaps I was just venting more than anything. Espically since I'm working really wierd hours right now (until 2am or later), I don't get much of a chance to contact SP's without email.
