This suit is winnable as far as I know. Individual citizens have the right to peaceful protest, but most, if not all, truckers, are registered businesses, which do not have the same protections.
The problem is the counter protest will have no significant impact. It’s like trying to calmly rationalize with a person who is shouting. They will not hear your reasoning no matter what you say.
The counter protest will do little aside from garnering public support but it will be passive support.
The convoy people are not being rational (as judged by their behaviour) and only want complete victory, they are not open to compromise.
