This is horrible. Toronto as predicted from population density become a hellish place to live. Mass murder and rape is ten years away.
Crime has actually gone down overall as the population grows in Toronto.
Murder rates have also gone down since the late 80's and early 90's, we've had some slight upticks but we have never surpassed the highest murder rate recorded in 1991. 2018's rate which was an anomaly due to the van attack, didn't even surpass the highest recorded rate in Toronto.
This specific case does not matter to terbites because the perp is a white male.

We saw a two second clip. We don’t know if witnesses stuck around, we don’t know much at all. I know for me, I would love to help the man out but I ha e to think about me too. Am I going to then be the subject of his wrath? I can’t fight off a guy like that and I can’t risk getting hurt, or even killed. It is not wrong to take care of ones self.
How do you suggest a person like me, middle aged woman with nothing more then some self defence training, to help the man stop being beat?
I mean it would have been great if you there. You could have beat that man up like superman but what should us mere mortals do?

I get it is horrible what happened to him. I feel for him, but what should you have seen in that 14 second clip? With the numerous amount of people around that you can see in the 14 second clip.
