There is actually credible threat especially from within Canada.
There are tons of these nationalist, unpatriotic, treasonous, white nationalist groups that would gladly support this.
They are a threat from within who amplify this message and give it legitimacy.
The problem with this is that this keeps shifting the overton window and one day when it shifts sufficiently right, this talk will turn into action.
Canada should take this seriously, and use its law enforcement to actively go against such far right wing nationalist groups in Canada.

I believe any Canadian who still supports Trump after hearing this over and over is not someone to be trusted.

Just my opinion, and I have a right to my opinion.

Like this guy Joe Anidjar who had his little anti-immigration protest at Christie Pitts where he got drowned out by counter protestors.
He walks around with his flag on his back, while tweeting he wanted Trump to invade Canada and make us the 51st state, so Trump would start mass deportations.
Yet he has a protest planned again on Oct 25, called the "Canada First" protest. Go figure. lmfao.
