It's Asian Nicole. Following a successful “World Without Borders” Tour in 2013, and recent Brazil Concert Tour, international concert and recording artist Yanni and his elite orchestra again take the stage to bring professional live entertainment to many parts of the world, including our beautiful city of Toronto.
I am a big fan of Yanni's. I had a chance to see the professional team of entertainers perform at Molson Amphitheatre-Toronto on August 9th, Saturday evening.
Yanni is a legendary composer and live performer who has brought hundreds of millions of fans and fellow world citizens together via his concerts, with over two billion more experiencing the magic of his music through television broadcasts worldwide. Yanni’s iconic performances at the Acropolis in Greece, the Taj Mahal in India, the Forbidden City in China, the Royal Albert Hall in England and El Morro in Puerto Rico have crossed countless borders and has resonated with billions across the globe.
Yanni has been awarded more than 40 platinum and gold albums worldwide and has sold more than 25 million albums globally. His most recent live album, YANNI: Live at El Morro, Puerto Rico and studio album, Truth of Touch, have seen chart-topping success.
As Yanni travels throughout the world, he continues to support children, music and education in the countries he visits. He has become a spokesperson for NASA as they have found Yanni’s message to be closely aligned with theirs. Josh Byerly, NASA’s Public Affairs Officer states, “Our astronauts aboard the International Space Station often speak about how there are no boundaries, no borders in space. We are truly one human kind. Yanni has conveyed the same message through is music.”
Yanni has also entered into a collaboration with the World Wildlife Fund aimed at raising awareness of giant panda conservation. Yanni was inspired to help protect giant pandas after he “adopted” a two-month old panda cub at the Chinese Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in October 2011. Yanni was the first western artist to be given the honor of symbolically adopting one of Chengdu’s pandas (a privilege reserved almost exclusively for nations rather than personalities, and is considered one of China’s highest honors).
During his most recent visit to China, Yanni performed live on CCTV during their Spring Festival Gala broadcast to over 1 billion people globally. Yanni was the first non-Chinese artist to participate in this event.

Yanni's sexy blonde singer is a French Canadian girl, Lisa Lavoie from Quebec and the beautiful brunette singer, Lauren Jelencovich sang for Andrea Bocelli and won an award for opera. Her voice is so beautiful when singing the "Nightingale." I love her voice!
Wow! What a fabulous concert under the full moon and the stars! The weather was so great and this concert was just so memorable!
