That is probably because that 40% got them for the wrong reasons in the first place.
I wouldn't trade mine for anything, and I wouldn't want them any bigger either!
Ok, maybe just half a cup size, but I certainly wouldn't go through an unneccessary surgery to get it!
I'll keep them just the way they are, and be very happy with it!

The reasons for an action, [ie: implants] are as important as if not more important than the action itsself.

I went thru an long period of introspective thought and analysis before I dove headfirst into my body mod hobby because I had to be certain that I was doing piercings and ink for the RIGHT reasons.

I am very happy with them, and its the same with any sort of major modification such as implant surgery. [the 60% who dont change there minds did it for the right reasons in there minds and thats all that matters. does it make you happier or improve the quality of your life? yes? good, go for it.]

I remember reading that eventually, 90% of women end up having their implants removed or in the future. You don't see too many women over the age of 50 with implants do you?
