In an article in the Toronto Star, Pornhub deleted 10 millions videos from unregistered users (from 13 to 3 million videos) and challenged Facebook/Twitter and the rest of the digital world to eliminate all of their anonymous/robot posters. Interesting stuff.

Nope, you're just too dumb or lazy to bother reading what happened with GDP. That company was customarily lying to its performers and breaking assurances related to both payment and privacy. In at least a few incidents performers were sexually assaulted. The website shut down and paid millions of dollars in damages in a civil suit; what does that tell you about their practices?
I mean, all those details are right there in the article, and were already public beforehand, so you're kind of just outing yourself as a misogynist who doesn't care about facts and just enjoys seeing women suffer.

It's kind of a no brainer that the publisher should verify the source of the received material and Pornhub should pay fot that oversight. Also, even the legit performers, need to realize that there's no quitting of the porn business once the material is out. Therefore you're either fine with it or don't enter the field.

Initially the whole thing royally pissed me the fuck off. My page and videos were all deleted just when my profile was starting to grow. That said allowing underage and unconsented videos to be uploaded is the same as condoning it and as the owner and operator of the site they have a moral(and obviously legal) obligation to do better. Thus ultimately I cannot find fault with their decision.
