I have been lurking for a few years and have been not posted any reviews because I figure ymmv in almost ever case. But yesterday somthing happened to me that I feel the owner of Guelph Aromatherapy should know about and take into consideration when making the schedule up in the future.
I live approx 2 hours from Guelph, but do get to town 1x/per month or s
ver the past few months, I have been very lucky to have met the wonderful Tina and think alot of her (this post is not directed at her as she was doing the best she could).
Yesterday, I had some free time and I called to see if Tina was available, she was at the time I needed,but she was very flustered and not her regular self. She continued to tell me she was the only one on and she was run off her feet. Long story short I made the drive got there 15 min early sat and waited, another guy came in 15min after I did and sat and waited. after 50 min of waiting (30 past my appt time) Tina came out and told me the other guy had been there earlier and she had asked him to come back therefore he was next. You can imagine my frustration. I left and depending on the response I get fom this review may or may not return.
Had I been told by someone that in fact I was not next I could have gone on my way and not ruined my day off and no hard feelings,but due to lack of staff I sat there like a fool.
Again, Tina was doing the best she could given the situation.But to the owner, just remember there are plenty of other places and ladies around to take our time and money. In all my dealings I am a very loyal and believe in working things out with suppliers rather than jumping ship.I hope we can sort this out and in the process address an obvious problem at the spa.
