Shooting happened at the Piper Arms just outside of Scarborough Town Centre.
I never been there, but looking at google maps its not exactly a bad area of town.
It was their grand opening night too.

There were 3 shooters, so I'm guessing its either gang or organized crime related.
I dont think its a random spree shooting, but it could be.

Saw a news report before this event that said there has been 13 tow truck shootings in Toronto so far this year. This makes 14 unless there been more

It was reported that a tow truck driver was shot but he was not injured because he was wearing a bullet proof vest.
