On the other hand, Howie is always talking about the safety net to the contestants. That is still having two big amounts left on the board. If a contestant is dumb enough to continue playing with only one big amount, then he or she deserves to go home with $5 IMO.

Yes, Deal or No Deal is a very simple game show. The appeal of it, at least from my perspective, is the people they choose as contestants are very entertaining characters, Howie Mandel is very good as the host, and the uncertainty of each case's contents really ramps up the suspense as the game...
