I stand corrected was in Belleville yesterday with a buddy and the Doctors is still closed, Cabaret was open at 4 p.m...but very slow, not a great selection of girls...not great service (surly bartender - she's been there for years, zero personality) and the clientele and men's can leave a LOT...

yeah it was great used to drop in downstairs to see the 'odd' live band...usually a rush or triumph wanna be. always sad to see a storied establishment bite the dust...but at least there is hope. as for the Canadian...well nothing is bringing the pink palace back

doctors well, last time I was in belleville they told me the cabaret (downtown by river) was closed, but the doctors was reopening...they did huge renos a couple of years back and had dancers downstairs (member when they were just upstairs?) they suddenly closed, had a fire or liquor violation...
