Ok, I've been trying to trim, but somebody beter give me advice, because that close shave look on the balzzzz scares the hell out of me how do you do it safely??

For some reason I have had some trouble viewing just a couple of wed site for SP's. I get the message : FORBIDDEN You do not have permission to access requested file on this server Anybody have any idea what if anything I can do to get access? Thanks
