What money do they have to spend? I’m pretty sure MLSE will fund the stadium expansion since they own it. It’s only a few games there’s no need for more infrastructure expansion.

I generally agree with this and it’s great to see the guardian rank Canada so highly. Portugal and England should be higher as they have strong squads but don’t seem to play to their potential .
