Sounds like a cache issue.. Clear you cache in edge and it should be the same. I just checked in chrome and edge and it's the same pic.

Reviews would only contain the last 4 digits of a phone number. You should be able to see search results for full phone number from the advertising section.

To delete a conversation you need to "leave" the conversation, then it will move it to Trash. It can be permanently deleted from there.
