Coffee with stripper

Hi folks,
I know it will sound crazy...

but friend of mine asked for suggestions...

One of my friends recently went to a strip club in Guelph and met a lady there. He had two dances with her, and while they were talking, he casually asked her out for coffee. She agreed and seemed open to meeting anytime and anywhere.

Is this a red flag, or is it normal? Since she doesn't really know him, he's a bit confused about why she agreed so easily. This is a new experience for him, so he's not sure whether he should go for coffee or avoid the situation.

Any suggestions, advice or personal experiences would be appreciated.

Tell your friend (ie you) to tread lightly. Have fun , esp if you can get some free time with a cool chick, but realize what you're getting into....

Shrug - could be legit. Maybe she thinks your friend is safe and he might be a good alternative income stream for the moment...

Bro, chill—if I was talking about myself, I’d just say it. Anonymity is undefeated here, so why hide? You think I'm out here sweating strangers' judgments? Lol

While it could be legit, she likely just agreed so "easily" to avoid any conflict. Ie, if they are meeting somewhere, she probably won't show. That would be my expectation anyway.

Go with the flow. Going out for coffee seems like an innocent idea.

There are 2 red flags to look out for.

1. If there is any hint that she is looking for money, cut bait.
2. If it is legitimate and it goes any further, is he okay dating a stripper?

Yeah, spot on about the second red flag.

Real talk though-he's basically just looking for a FWB and trying not to drop a single dime. Going to pubs or clubs ain't his vibe at all since he's not a drinker.

He's basically down bad and doing some wild, scrambled shit, so I'm just gonna let him deal with his own mess."

dancers do not typically go out with clients, especially with those new or recently met.
for dancers, it is a conflict of interest to take business elsewhere outside of the strip club, if their employer finds out, they can get in trouble.
if she agreed to meet, that is likely transactional. she probably expects to be paid for her time. your friend should clarify this from day zero.
if he moves forward, respect her privacy, don't post on internet, don't assume she does this with all her clients.
