Maybe she never felt sexually desired and has found some liberation in her own life that makes her feel confident enough to wear whatever the fuck she wants?

Most people feel better physically and mentally when they look good. She (and many more women than men) puts in some effort in the morning.

I felt like a million bucks "suiting up" for a presentation, or "wooing a client". And the ladies in the office definitely took notice.
So why shouldn't ANYONE want to look good?! If it boosts their own mood fucking have at it Hoss!

dress good feel good, its the same for men. When you buy a new gym outfit, you're more likely to go to the gym, its a subtle motivational tool, because people generally feel better when they dress nice. Same thing for any other scenario in life, even going to the store, you just feel better when you're dressed nice, or look nice.

I would say leaning more towards yes than no.
It means she likes and is proud of her boobs and want to emphasize them.
Because she wants to look good and feel good and because it's fun.
Never liked suits they always feel too big or too small and they are a symbol of long boring times listening to assholes ahead.
I used to not care about my appearance at all, I'd shave once every weak or two, wear the same 3 t-shirts and cargos every day and walk around slumped and head down and it's one thing I have learned over the past 2.5 years, looking good when you actually have self worth can make you feel good, can be fun and I notice a LOT more smiles and positive comments from people now than I have in my previous 45-46ish years of life.

Many times women get dress up to just look good & get noticed, so everyone turns their heads to look at them from the front and when they walk by us. It's been happening as long as we've been alive but it's just more obvious in today's world than it was many, many years ago when it was more subtle and considered provocative.
