Oct 1, 2026 the 2 (Renee's partner & brother) filed 2 lawsuits against the US government and immigration officials.

For those that don't recall Renee Good was shot by ICE when she blocked law enforcement from doing their job.

Her partner who's suing told Renee something along the lines of "Drive, baby drive!" implementing move forward where she almost ran over an agent.

A White House person dismissed the lawsuit as "baseless."

As a left wing voter typically, I hope the lawsuit fails.

First and lastly, why pull such a dangerous stunt and encourage someone to run over law enforcement while in the middle of a situation.

Why do you lie? You are not a Lib voter!

I hope the lawsuit makes Trumpshart cry, as he has with J. Caroll.

POV from officer 1:30 mark:

Looks like she either tried to hit or clip the officer as soon as she's done doing a small reverse while trying to get away.

She should also know the rules of the road when folks are nearby walking around her vehicle.

I watched a far left voter try to justice the videos. And he was saying "she turned her wheels right and was looking right to move" as his reason why she shouldn't have been shot or she didn't intend to clip/hit the cop.

Firstly, brother...watch the full video. When ICE first arrives they tell her something like to turn off her vehicle. She disobeys a command from an officer. I've never been pulled over for anything yet, but if some cop did and said put your hands up or on the steering wheel or turn off your vehicle I'd oblige than act like some crazy rebel.

Secondly, why was she and her wife being in the way of law enforcement by driving and stopping in the middle of the road like that?

Then the guy in the video (the far left winger explaining stuff) shrugs off Renee's wife being a nuisance. Also her annoying wife or partner who said "Drive, baby drive" was trying to get back into the vehicle but I think she scared the crap out of her partner. She should legally be at fault and charged.

The 2 lawsuits are a joke.

1 lawsuit is for wrongful death. " The lawsuit, which seeks a bench trial, also alleges "intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress" on Becca Good." Good luck with that lady!

2nd lawsuit " The other lawsuit alleges a conspiracy to interfere with civil rights and seeks a jury trial. It says the federal government moved to hide the evidence of what actually happened on Jan. 7. The lawsuit says the shots fired by Jonathan Ross, the immigration officer who killed Good, "were the predictable and intended product of the operation."

It describes a "carefully planned, coordinated effort between senior federal officials and private actors to make two ethnic communities — Minnesotans of Somali and Hispanic descent and origin — the object of aggression and abduction, and to silence by intimidation, arrest and violence the neighbors and allies of those targeted communities who observed, documented and warned of that campaign.""

Once again good luck with that too.

How about taking accountability that Becca Good was in the wrong and acting all tough with her smartphone recording things.

So you think it's okay to act like a tough rebel based on what Renee and Becca did in the video? The words that come out of their mouths after an officer told them to turn off the vehicle tells a lot.

Do people walking on the road/street (being cops not civies) don't have the right of way? Did she forget she should yield before trying to drive off?

I haven't looked much into that yet. But if ICE is at fault then they are.

In Renee's case ICE isn't at fault. Not sure how some left wingers failed to realize the entire picture compared to me.

Had ICE shot Renee at the start of the video when they told her to shut off the vehicle I'd be against ICE. But that's not the case here.

You don't stand in front of a vehicle. You see the wheels turning away after she backs up. You don't shoot a moving vehicle, as it then becomes an unguided missile. Certainly not from the side when he was no longer in danger. He had her rego plates and face. Put out an APB and arrest her in a routine traffic stop. One thing taught in all police academies is to NOT put yourself into no win situations.
I'm very pro LE but that was not good.

Here's another footage.

He stood to point his weapon. Another officer is trying to get the vehicle to turn off.

Her own actions in a split second tries to hit or clip the officer. The officer has no idea if he'd be ran over.

If someone looked like this and came up to you in your car, you'd drive off too.

What are you going on about? You can see the ICE agent's badge clearly. If someone approached my vehicle like that I wouldn't try to run especially if I have no reason to.

The guy and Renee both didn't realize that.

Stop defending criminal actions Frank by undercover agents when you're against genocide. You make no sense now. LMFAO.

Frank...you never watched cop shows on cable tv where undercover agents dress in normal clothes and such while their badge is around their neck?

What are you going on about? Even in that vid you posted I can clearly see the guys badge

You make no since about undercover cops doing their jobs to get baddies. Yet you do a 180 and are against genocide.

Are you suggesting let criminals in North America roam free?

The guy and his kid were no danger to the country.
The ICE agent who shot him has a history of extreme violence, he's more of a threat.
