Don't text me to drum up more business

I know this has been discussed before, but I have had to block a provider because she texts me messages with heart emoji's etc saying she is available. These messages are unwanted and in my mind quite unprofessional. We had a transaction, I gave you cash, you provided a service, that is the end of that encounter. Sending me texts weeks after to drum up business is not part of the deal. My messages come up on my iPad and my iPhone and others can see them on my locked screen. I am not going to disable notifications because someone can't follow proper decorum. She hasn't been the only one, I had a well respected provider do this to me also but only once.

After I leave your work place, it's over, done deal. If I want to come back I will. If we clicked and you provided great service, then I will contact you. Don't send me a text.

Rant over.

That seems totally forbidden, for her to initiate contact with you.

This is why we use burner phones or texting apps. Some if you block them may use a new number to keep contacting you. I think eventually they stop or reply back with something like this is so-and-so I just got this number last week. Stop msging me. Make sure the name you use for "so-and-so" is some generic female name like Susan, Amanda, etc. Unfortunately, there's the odd unprofessional ladies out there.

So unprofessional by that SP. it's one thing if you've got something set up with her or other SPs and saved their number(s) using a bogus name and txts are generic in nature. But sending unexpected txts because her biz is slow is an absolute no-no. If you haven't been using an app/burner phone, consider it and send her a very strongly worded txt telling her to stop any messages. If she doesn't block her number.

I text about the weather and other stuff with my regular SP, we has an establish report, I'm single, we are good.

I did have another one SP i had seen once randomly calling me( i didn't pick up) when i asked why, she wanted to chat and she got blocked, as above OP did

Business must be slow for them. Maybe they should drop the price or do a bonus, third visit is half price only for the same amount of time.
So marketing is very essential knowledge right now.

Stalking is not nice. But if we were to do it????? oh boy...

I assume it’s some sort of automated broadcast style message. So telling her to stop might not solve it.

There was this b&s house Latina provider on leolist once, that I just texted out of curiosity (Never went ahead with a booking mind you). Guess what, my phone was being blasted with ‘invitation to book’ every other day. Blocking didn’t help, they kept doing it with a new #. I was worried, but it eventually stopped (they probably went out of business 🤣)

yip, I think the SP might be lonely.

First give her benefit of the doubt. She might be a rookie in the biz. If its an SP that you like to see again, advise her not to text you unless you initiate the contact. If she continues to text you than block her. It sounds like you did the right thing.

On the other hand, or different POV, let's say they dated, so she would be the one calling him for more dinner dates. That is how she sees it.

I remember at the strip clubs, I get a lap dance, not even 5/10 dance for her body type. The following week she would be there and she says' to me ''' hey remember me lets go for dance'''' I am like you okay? I let her down easily,, ""sorry waiting for a friend"". She was gone by the 3-4 week. No business foundation, just eGO.

An agency texted me the next day after i spent alot on a high end SP (1200), not made of money here, i'll see you in a month lol

BUT that means they're texting everyone and there's probably people out there spending thousands a week on this, even at low end agencies, they could be spending thousands a month. So its probably worth the effort to spam text across a bunch of contacts.

I completely agree. You could block number until you reach out. Also I hope you told this directly to her ? They should know not to solicit.
is she super young orLatina?
thought I personally don’t like blocking the number in case they have to reach out to let me know if anything wrong health wise, god forbid

is it though? seems desperate.
If they want to do this then keep ir at a consistent interval not during family dinner

lol. If you’re married I would suggest you use a male name ? and Hope if you’re messaging in WhatsApp their photo is something generic like an animal or a scenery or no photo at all or status. If you have a hard time remembering then if it’s the person youre looking for then make the male name start with same letter as that person. Ie darya turns to Dylan

You could just block her number. That would solve the problem wouldn't it?
The first line in my post says exactly this. Blocking a number is a band aid solution to a bigger problem. Purchasing a burner phone again is band aid solution. The structure of the business transaction is being misused. That is what is being discussed.
