This took 2 minutes in ChatGPT. Tell me that isn't going to worry models, photographers and art directors... The prompt I used was "create an image of a small child, say 6 years old, crouching down and "talking" to a small group meercats. But not in the desert... on a street corner in Toronto, with the CN tower in the background. And all of the cars should be lime green."

AI added details like the Blue Jay cap, street sign etc. There are a few goofy things like the street light with two yellows, but stuff like that can be "edited" in seconds.

I hard disagree. AI is getting pretty good at fooling people in pictures, and video is starting to get there as well. Porn has a ways to go because most AI models aren't built on it, especially the explicit parts (like genitalia and specific acts). Even with that limitation the most advanced models can get it pretty good. But pretty much all of the AI porn out there is built on lesser models that are far cheaper, so it's rather crappy. More learning and more development will mean more advanced models at cheaper prices, meaning AI porn will eventually get quite indistinguishable from the real stuff (if that's the desire). The difference being, you'll have WAY more flexibility with what you get out of a scene with an AI model than you will with real life pornstars and sets.

My question isn't whether AI porn will get there, it's more how will it function? Will there still be studios producing porn content using AI, or will the actual viewers of porn use an AI model to make their own custom content?
