I saw Natalie Van Rooy on CP24 on Saturday night. I don't recall seeing her before. Hubba Hubba!!!!
Always loved seeing Natalie the few times I've glimpsed her on CTV. Saw her on CP tonight for the first time so thankfully she has started. Let the NVR CP24 Era begin! She will definitely put some butts in seats as they would say, great move for her and CP.www.facebook.com

Also interestingly enough saw Sijia Nelson anchoring CTV news tonight as well, wonder if she has made the jump over or just filled in (though CTV has plenty of reported that they can use to fill in so makes me think Sijia has already moved up).

Also saw Sijia last night on CTV. She was talking with her cohost and said she was going to be the new weekend anchor. I guess she’s replacing Natalie Johnston who’s running for city council.
Natalie-van-Rooy, another very beautiful CKCO (CTV Kitchener) alumnus. Glad she is back on air in this region again.
Yes quite the meteoric rise from Sijia but well deserved. She is a great reporter. But Andria Case is the typical weekend anchor so I'm interested to see if Sijia will be out in the field once Andria is back or if Andria has decided she wants less time in front of the camera. As long as Zureidah (what a smokeshow) is still weekday anchor I'll be happy. So guess Natalie Van Rooy was brought in to replace Sijia making the jump over to CTV.
As for Natalie Johnson (another smokeshow. So easy on the eyes), realizing now that I haven't seen her in months so I guess thats why. Wish her all the best. Gonna miss her face and her voice (love the low deep tone). I could see her doing well in the political sphere.
Sijia was back on CP tonight so either she will be doing double duty on both CP and CTV (which I have not seen anyone else ever do) or she was simply a fill in last weekend on CTV
She did stand up comedy for a while previously and was quite raunchy !
Maybe now she is “ constipated” too often for her liking ?
And the mystery continues. Melissa was back on CP24 this morning and Sijia is doing the afternoon shift. I guess we should start a new game, news anchor roulette.
