Yeah the basic training/sessions here definitely suck with many of the providers. Agree they take forever to enter the room and think Britney should take this feedback as a serious reflection of customer dissatisfaction.
That's the exact reason why I don't waste my time going there, anymore. Haven't been there since 2022.
That's too bad because once in a while (when I really have nothing to do), I take a few minutes to check on their website, to see who disappeared from my radars that might be there now. They always have a nice selection, but the service was never really good, at the time that I went there, And, from the comments still coming on, things are no better! Anyway, I'm still good with CMJ, Hush, Alpha, Luxe and Ottawa Indy scene.
My experience with AT/PS is all considerably before Covid. Back then the services were good and the ladies above average. I think most spas employ the delay method before they enter the room. To me the clock starts then or after the minute or two it takes to disrobe and get on the table/bed. To be honest I’ve never felt time cheated even if the session started late as I’ve been lucky enough receive the service I expected. However, if you feel they’ve manipulated the time to your disadvantage I see nothing wrong with saying so first to the provider, then to the management.
Re spending too long on the legs and arms while on my stomach, I’ve simply rolled over. It’s asignal for the main course and I’ve never had a problem with doing that.
Not doubting anyone in this thread but I guess I've gotten really lucky. Waiting between shower and session start has never been an issue for me.
I love hearing feed back and yes taking more then 5 mins to get in the room is a concern to me.
I will also work on better training.
We give yall 5 mins to shower (clean all your parts) then we are to enter and our time starts once we enter the room. We definitely have great ladies. We also have had our ups and downs. We are not perfect.
Out of curiosity, why we don't have that type of issues at other major spas?
Hush, Alpha, CMJ - Girls don't take for ever to get in the room and all spas are doing Shower for 2, most girls have no problem jumping in with us. (I can't say to BB3000/Sparx or Luxe, as I don't go there often...)
Why such a difference at ATPS?

Just curious it’s been 10 years in the industry and I’ve worked with many women.
Since I’ve been with PS/AT we have always been trained that way.
If requested the shower up front can be done it starts the time but can be done. I like when men shower first by them selves so you can all clean your parts. Gives you time to clean up and gives the ladies time to get ready.
So much better with the shower for two at the beginning as then both parties know that each is spotless! Also no waiting for many minutes . for your gal to arrive.
Also we as clients only need 5 minutes to shower at the beginning of a session then why do ladies say with 10-15 minutes left towards the end of a session… ok, it’s shower time? I’ll tell you…Because they want to make the session as short as possible.
So please also tell them if we only need five minutes at the beginning we also only need 5 minutes at the end as well!

At the end of the session we are covered in oil that definitely takes more than 5 mins to get it off. 5 mins at the beginning for you because you just have to clean your armpits, butthole, balls and penis. Soap all that up rinse done. The oil takes a little more to get off.

At CMJ, Hush, Alpha (and before Brass), Vibe (before being part of Luxe), most of the time I ALWAYS have SF2, at the beginning and at the end.
I can count the number of time I didn't had SF2 there, at the beginning of a session... maybe 6 or 7 times max, in 15 years. BTW, there are moments where I was going to clubs every weeks. For the record, 4 of those 6 - 7 times were with the same girl, I guess either she didn't like SF2 or she really didn't want to another shower, which could be very possible. I also had 2 or 3 sessions with her where we had SF2 at the beginning and at the end.
No SF2 at the beginning, when it happened, the girl always excused herself by saying that she just got out of another shower. Properly informed, I respect that.
No SF2 at the end happened also rarely, and mostly the girl said that she preferred to take a shower alone, to have more time to clean herself the right way. I'm also ok with that.
ALO (so, old Luxe without Vibe), let's say 50/50, SF2 at the beginning. However, in Luxe's current lineup, there are 7 ladies that I saw before in other spas. I had SF2 with ALL OF THEM, at the other spa! I repeat with 3 of them at Luxe and had SF2 again with them, at Luxe. There are 2 girls, currently at Luxe that I didn't see anywhere else... 50/50!
At BB/Sparx... well, I only went there one time and I didn't had a SF2 at the beginning, but yes at the end. The girl was in the room while I was taking my shower alone and was waiting for me. But, it could be a good idea to stay in the room and start the conversation. Therefore, we can feel that we are not wasting our money. I personally don't need a shower, when I arrived at a spa. I am ALWAYS freshly showed when I arrive at the spa or at a provider's incall. And put clean new clothes!

The SF2 at the beginning is something I can address, but I agree it can mean a lot of showers. If every client were as respectful as you, there’d be way fewer issues. I’ve had regular clients who genuinely didn’t need to shower BUT most don’t, and they figure a morning shower is enough even after they’ve used the washroom. As a manager I also have real safety concerns when the girls go into the rooms, and we try to keep things as safe as possible. The SF2 can be a nice ice-breaker, but it can also turn into a grope session.
It’s a fair topic with clear pros and cons. That said, if it’s requested we can accommodate it.
Since you’re the manager, how about talking to the owners about investing in new vinyl on the massage tables lol
