Not sure how comfortable you are with a street entrance. It's up a few steps to an outside landing, and a door to upstairs which you take. Once you've made an appointment they will give you thee exact address. There is parking in back but I park at an OC station, take the LRT and walk or bus down - it's about 15 minute walk from Lyon station. To answer your main question, it all depends on how busy they are. Upon entering, I think one usually will encounter Mamasan (Lisa) who will show you to Pinky or Tracy (whomever you've booked). But I have been greeted directly by Pinky before. Maybe I've been lucky or really haven't cared, but I've never seen or heard other clients there when I was. This may be due to timing. I tend to go mid afternoon if I can.

After Lizzet stood up on me near wellington & somerset area, i decided to give this place a go. Messaged the number, got a reply instatly and they sent address and all the details. I didnt ask who was working before going in, as at that point i would be ok with anyone. I ring the door bell and they open it instantly. By the looks of it, there was only one person working.
