I mostly forward through a lot of the guy shit and watch the girls. Lately the girls are not as hot though.
They let the girls be sexy in the 90’s. They would let the camera linger on sexy angles. Lingerie, bikini, scantily clad costumes. These days, not so much.
AWE is kind of going for a throwback vibe. Some of the Blood and Guts cage match girls were kind of hot.
I‘m a heavy/death/prog/technical rock fan. Paige was my favorite. I took my boys to see her live a couple of times. I thought that she was hot.

Probably not in its current state of "amateur hour" with Shawn Michaels as some kind of mentor. I don't even know what the hell this is anymore. I don't know who the champions are and I don't even care. Nothing compares with WWF from 1986 to 1992… And then again the attitude era 97/98 going to roughly 2006 I would say. All I do is watch YouTube documentaries and events like It just happened yesterday lol..

Funny you say that. I've been watching this off and on all day with that channel and the story of the Mega Powers 1987–1989… I'm at the part where Randy Savage starts the jealous eye over Elizabeth and Hogan lol.

... if anyone can post any videos from the mid 90s prior to the Montreal screw job when the speculation of Vince McMahon the commentator was about to transition into Vince McMahon, the owner… Please post that. Very entertaining stuff. I can't seem to find those videos where wrestlers were disputing with Vince McMahon the commentator accusing him of cheating them on their contracts etc., etc., and stuff like that. I seem to recall a video where Stone Cold was accusing Vince McMahon of being an owner of the promotion… And calling out Gorilla Monsoon for being nothing more than a puppet for Vince McMahon. With the emerge of WCW, WWF had some pretty dark days. But I've always been very interested in that little timeframe where Vince McMahon was transitioning into the owner. This occurred prior to the Montreal screw job… Even documentaries don't properly cover this.

Dang some of those matches that I used to watch from my childhood are there. I really appreciate this I'm going to rewatch some of them for the nostalgia
… I've been watching so much WWF lately on YouTube. My YouTube is on auto play. I fall asleep to it lol nothing but random videos popping up when I let it play. I'm still talking about it, but I'm really looking for video links that show Vince McMahon the commentator being accused of being the owner and cheating wrestlers on their contracts… etc., etc. stuff like that. And he was still a commentator playing dumb about the accusations. It was around the timeframe where Gorilla Monsoon was the president. The year in review documentaries do not cover this… it would be more found on a video telecast of wrestling challenge or whatever it was called in the mid 90s.
Very interesting that there were traces of the birth of Mr. McMahon before the Montreal screw job… Documentaries don't mention this. There was actually traces of this before the Monday night wars with WCW. So the portrayal traces of Vince McMahon the owner actually started before the raw is war era. This was starting in the smaller venue 5000 fan capacity timeframe. The Montreal screw job propelled the birth of Mr. McMahon… But it wasn't the very beginning.
I'm surprised documentaries don't talk about this.

The trial run of "Mr McMahon" is in Memphis in 1993 as part of the working relationship with Lawler.
I would love to see this. Do you have a link to this? Based on my own research, I've been watching In Your House pay-per-view events going back to 1996 and he is still a commentator, but he is a little angrier with a little more attitude lol. The Stone Cold podcast thing where he interviews other wrestlers… He interviewed Brett Hart, and they spoke about Brett Hart pushing McMahon in the ring in March 1997 because he was mad at the way things went down in some match he had… Stone Cold said that was the birth of Mr. McMahon… And this was before the Montreal screw job which was in November 1997.
It's funny that I'm so into this particular thing and I posted about this transition from commentator to owner in this section for years. As a kid I was really into WWF then I took many years off until I discovered in the later 90s that Hulk Hogan was on WCW all of a sudden and that had me watching things a little bit as I am now trying to figure out WWF and why McMahon is now an owner. I am intrigued by this because it's not necessarily a new element to this men's soap opera in response to Eric Bischoff… Vince McMahon was already tampering with this idea and I find that fascinating. That goes against the grain of what many people believe as to the reasons why WWF changed.

… OK so WWF in your house – buried alive – 1996… Jim Ross took the microphone in the ring and accuses McMahon the commentator of really being the owner of the company and turning off his microphone as a commentator because he really owns the company and he's crooked… Then McMahon plays stupid like he doesn't do anything wrong. LMAO this is the kind of stuff I'm looking for. Accusations come at McMahon for really being the owner of the company and he plays dumb and continues with his commentator duties.
