I feel like the type of things i'm interested in and the types of influencers I follow could probably never be replaced by AI because a simple mistake could kill someone and AI frequently makes mistakes.
Even experts in one of my hobbies and people who publish books make mistakes. So I have to reference old books, and double check everything like ten times.

I feel like a I won't get the nuance. They won't know the things that were never published in books or on the internet really.
They won't know the old recipes from poor folks and if they do make a recommendation, it's not gonna be the best one. It's going to be the most popular one and those two things are never the same.
When I look at recipes, i'm not looking for the person who wants to turn a ten dollar meal into a forty dollar complicated process. I wanna learn from the lady who fed 5 plus kids for 20 + years on a lean budget. It has to be fast and cheap and delicious.
I want to learn the lost skills and hear the lost information that no one really knows anymore.
