Who am I?
I was originally drafted out of high school by the Toronto Blue Jays, but I did not sign with them, attending College instead.
Three years later, I was a first round pick in the Major League Draft, after winning the James E Sullivan Award as top amateur athlete in the United States the previous year.
I did not play a game in the minor leagues until after I had played eight Major League seasons, with at least 100 innings pitched in each of those seasons, and 200+ in four consecutive seasons.
I pitched a no-hitter for my second Big League team.
I retired after an extremely poor performance in my eighth ML season, leading the American League in Losses.
I returned after not playing for one full season, and played for a different team at five different levels in the same year, (A, A+, AA, AAA and Major Leagues) in my return season.
