I don't agree that this shows Trudeau as unpatriotic. I don't know what it would be like if he went to BMO...er... Toronto field to watch Team Canada. He might not have had a security detail, or been able to get seats. Or, he was in the US with his girlfriend, and they decided to watch a World Cup game.

Look, I'll be completely honest here, I social media makes major mountains out of mole hills. I have defended Trump, Rob Ford and other politicians that I don't support over stupid shit that gets blown out of context....Example, when a politician takes a photo with an infamous person (or wearing an offensive shirt). Most of the time, they politician probably has no clue who the person is, they might have a line of people wanting pictures, or they don't recognize the offensive shit. But, there is a knee-jerk reaction when those photos are published. I give them the benefit of the doubt that they likely didn't know what was happening.... The point here is this: not everything is a major fucking scandal. Or deserves to have people clutching their pearls.

Can this guy just disappear and never be heard from again? Or better yet, thrown in jail where he belongs.

I forget this guy exists honest to god until I read about him here or some headline every couple of months.
