You do realize that the US strikes killed many members of the Iranian leaderships families.
As for Barron, I was asking if he was fair game, considering the bullshit Trump has done. But, keep in mind the power dynamic between the US and Iran. It's similar to US v Vietnam. They need to strike asymmetrically. They cannot take on the US head on at this point, so they need to strike back in different ways. If the Iranian families are "collateral damage," why couldn't Barron, Don Jr. or Eric be the same?
Stop clutching your pearls. The US has lost moral authority to complain about assassination attempts or what not. How many politicians has the US had murdered or overthrown? They just don't like the idea that it could happen to them.

Once you break all the Geneva Conventions you cannot claim others have to abide by them.
Because of the nature of the strike, it is difficult to say if they were targeted.
The families weren't struck separately from what I understand.
So is it "Good, we wanted to take the family out as well?" or is it "Whatever, we don't care if we kill the family.?"
There may well be more information out there I am unaware of which answers that, but if so I am not aware of it.
