Impossible to say.
They are people waving American flags.
A quick look at the name shows a guy doing some kind of "run for unity" waving flags.
Since no one is expressing a political opinion of note, how could anyone tell if they are MAGA?

Well, they're waving the American flag, seems very pro-American.
Does that tell you that they're anti-any other culture or race/ethnicity?


I'm surprised @Frankfooter and @Shaquille Oatmeal haven't chimed in, they throw the term MAGA around a lot.
I was hoping for them to chime in, they usually do. Maybe they're scared? What do you think?

No, not really.
Unless there is some audio I missed on that clip, they aren't being anti-anything.
