Had a problem in the neighborhood 1 of the new Canadians always love to park the company van by a fire hydrant well I informed Brampton bylaw and for about 4 days they did nothing. Friday I told the guy you can’t park by a fire hydrant he told me to "fuck off and we own Brampton". Okay well this morning I took my accomplice for his early morning walk and what did I see, a parking ticket on the Rogers van well you want to fuck with me go right ahead. I took the parking ticket off the windshield and threw it out. Now I think it’s about 15 days you have to pay for a parking ticket than the city of Brampton will look up the license plate and send the owner a copy of the infraction which is Rogers. Rogers will have to look who was driving that van on the date and probably give them a good talking to in regards to parking a vehicle overnight. I would like to be the fly on the wall for that scene.

What I noticed about the Peel region is where ever there is a no parking sign. Sure enough they will park there.

A lot of the challenge here is that the bulk of parking enforcement is a day shift job.
Ala 8-3:30.

I am inspecting bus shelters as they go up in Brampton.
I see the parking enforcement guys on side streets all the time.
I park on an adjacent side street, so my car is not in the arterial road constructon zone.
And put cones in front and behind it and a mag mount winkie light and they leave me alone.

Just grab a pair of construction zone barrels and place them to straddle the hydrant.

I am working in the northwest corner new build area at present
Most of the times here I am definitely the visble minority.

If I read that correctly, take a picture with plate showing by the fire hydrant and send to Roger's public relations. Perhaps point out it could impede Brampton's fire department.

It will be moved.

Dude may own Brampton but Roger's owns his ass.

I can easily understand where you are coming from, but maybe best not to get yourself into any sort of a problem - so many cameras around these days, and so on...

yep if it's one thing corporations hate more than anything it's looking bad to the public because it might cause their bottom line to be affected

Yup they won't give a shit no matter how bad they look until it starts affecting their profit margins. That being said, I hope that guy gets whats coming to him OP.
