That does look fake , I remember years ago, when I was around the 1st time, it was an actual service!! there were a couple of girls who offered it ! I'm sure some of you guys may remember xo
I do remember, I also remember when there use to be a place you could get a tan with some fun.
There was an EE lady did offer this in Mississauga 20+ years ago, did it twice hair cut was so-so but fun to have a naked lady sitting in my lap cutting my hair.

I remember a place going in at Simcoe & Taunton, probably ~15 years ago? Didn't last long though..........couple years maybe?? Seems like a fun idea though! Go for a wash, cut and BLOW dry!
