Loaded question, In addition to the massage, it depends on the spa you are going to, plus:
1) If you desire a HE
2) What additional services you would like that support the HE
and most importantly
3) How many additional services the MP is willing to perform
However, you seek a regular/ole fashioned HE sans BS, I would $60-$80. I will let others opine.

I think those rates are good for 30 mins session. If 45 or 60 mins session and intend to repeat with the lady, I usually add 40
